Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the World Class Disability Services website. By using this site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site offers

This site provides information about World Class Disability Services' NDIS supports, and lets you send an enquiry, make a referral, submit a report, apply for a role, or chat with our assistant. Forms are sent to our team by email — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.

An account on this site is a lightweight, cookie-based sign-up with no password, stored on your device — it lets you track a submission and see support packages. It isn't a substitute for your official NDIS Plan or any record held by the NDIS or your plan manager.

Not professional advice

Content on this site — including service descriptions, stories and chat responses — is general information, not individual medical, legal or NDIS planning advice. For advice specific to your situation, please speak with our team directly or your NDIS planner/Local Area Coordinator.

Using this site

Please use this site honestly — don't submit false reports, impersonate someone else, or try to disrupt or misuse the site, our forms or our chat assistant. If you're making a referral on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their consent to share their information, as the referral form asks.

Intellectual property

The World Class Disability Services name, logo and the content on this site belong to us (or are used with permission) and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You're welcome to share links to this site, but please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without asking first.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for loss arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
